Our parents are very supportive of the school and the school is highly regarded by the local community. Plashet School benefits from a hardworking and committed Governing Body which acts effectively as a 'critical friend'.

The school aims to cater for students of all abilities and talents. The staff work hard to ensure that a positive learning environment is created in their classrooms and around the school.

The students are offered a wide range of extra-curricular activities to enhance their learning and enjoyment.  When our students leave us at the end of their schooling, we hope that they leave us as confident young women.  We hope that they are proud of their gender as well as their cultural and religious background and are ready to face the opportunities of the outside world.

Having worked hard and achieved their full potential at Plashet, the majority of our students go on to post-16 education. Plashet achieved Leading Edge status in September 2004 and the school shares its good practice with other schools on Leadership and Management, Meeting the Needs of Gifted and Talented Students, and School Ethos that Promotes High Achievement.
